Monroe Capital LLC (“Monroe”) announced it acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the investment in Phigenics by private equity sponsor Battery Ventures.
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Warrenville, IL, Phigenics delivers an integrated, tech-enabled solution that helps healthcare facilities and others mitigate the risk of Legionella and other waterborne pathogen outbreaks. The company operates accredited laboratories to collect and test water samples and offers a proprietary software platform, called phiAnalytics, to help customers implement and monitor sophisticated water-management programs and report results to regulators. Phigenics also offers sensors and related equipment to help with ongoing water monitoring and maintenance.
