Zuper, the AI Operating System for services businesses, today announced four new AI agents: AR Agent, Sales Coach Agent, Weather Agent, and Reputation Agent. They join Field Agent, the company’s voice-first agent for crews on the job, and CSR Agent, the AI receptionist for overflow and after hours. The agents can be told how to behave in plain language and are priced using usage-based credits as part of Zuper’s AI plan. Sales Coach, Weather, and Reputation agent are available now; AR agent is coming early in Q4.
The new agents join a growing roster of AI capabilities across the Zuper platform, including Zuper Sense, the intelligent command center that monitors, analyzes, predicts, and recommends across the business, so an owner knows which estimates are stalling and which invoices are aging before anyone pulls a report. Zuper builds agents as additions to the team, not stand-ins for it. Operators turn agents on from Zuper’s Agent Studio the same way they would add a capability in the platform.
Meet the Agents
1. AR Agent: Contacts customers about overdue invoices over voice, SMS, and email, and keeps following up until the money is in the bank. Every invoice gets a follow up in the same voice, whether it’s a big one or a small one that used to get written off. The office steps in only on the conversations that need it.
2. CSR Agent: The AI receptionist for overflow call volumes and after hours call support – calls that used to go to voicemail. CSR Agent captures the caller’s name, address, damage type, insurance status, and urgency in a single call and routes it straight into the Zuper pipeline, no re-entry. It books the inspection and creates the job record before the call ends, gives homeowners live updates on work already scheduled, and answers questions about services, coverage areas, warranty terms, and financing the way the team would.
3. Field Agent: works each job alongside the crew. The crew speaks naturally while working and the agent fills out the job’s checklist, turns photos and narration into a structured job record, and answers questions on the spot the way a senior crew member would. Crews can speak whatever language they are most comfortable in and the office receives complete reports the first time and every time.
4. Reputation Agent. Brings new online reviews into Zuper Chat, each one matched to the customer and their most recent job in Zuper, including the close date and who was assigned, so the team knows which job a review is refers to without cross-referencing names and dates.
5. Sales Coach Agent: Records in-person sales conversations with the homeowner’s consent, scores it against the company’s own sales playbook, and sends the rep and their manager coaching by email shortly after the visit. The full record lives on the job inside Zuper. Now in beta with selected roofing and exteriors companies.
6. Weather Agent. Checks the weather for every city, town, or region a company works and posts a crew-ready digest to Zuper Chat, email, or both before the day starts, written to the customer’s own instructions on a schedule you set.
Zuper’s agents are managed and deployed from the Agent Studio, a central location to access all of Zuper’s agents in one place. Users can now write instructions in plain English, supply their own documents and playbooks, choose where results are delivered in Zuper, and set each agent to run on a schedule or on demand, all within the Agent Studio.
“The time for experimentation is over. This is the outcome era,” said Anand Subbaraj, Founder and CEO of Zuper. “Our customers do not ask us for AI. They ask us for documentation that gets finished on the roof, invoices that get followed up on, and mornings that start with answers. We partner with operators and understand their issues in detail – our job is to listen, build it quickly, and hand it back to them. Every agent on this roster came out of those conversations, and the roster will keep growing.”
What Makes Zuper’s Agents Different:
- Deployed by the operator, not a services team. An owner or admin turns an agent on themselves in minutes, no implementation project and no ongoing maintenance.
- Written to your operation. Each agent takes plain-language instructions and can read the company’s own documents, from a city list to an escalation playbook. It reads your rules, not just a prompt box, so the output sounds like your ops manager wrote it.
- Native to the work. The agents live inside the customer’s jobs, invoices, crews, and customer records, and they deliver where the team already works, in Zuper Chat and email, not another dashboard to remember to open.
What Early Customers Are Saying
Services businesses have been running Field Agent through beta and testing the new agents in early access. Customers using Field Agent report roughly thirty minutes saved per crew member per job and checklists completed fifty percent faster with voice.
“We’ve tried several sales tools that have come through the industry and there was always something missing. The rep goes on the appointment, the manager never hears what happened, and the coaching comes a week late if it comes at all,” said JT Ulyatt, CEO of Maven Roofing. “Zuper’s Sales Coach Agent scores sales visits against our own playbook and the feedback is in the rep’s inbox before he’s out of the driveway. Also, it’s built into Zuper, where the job already lives, so nobody has to remember to use it. I’ve been doing this for a long time and I’m still blown away.”
