Infinedi Partners, LP (“Infinedi”), a private equity firm focused on founder-owned businesses, announced today the hiring of Rohan Arora as Principal. Mr. Arora joins the senior leadership team and will be responsible for sourcing, leading, growing and exiting investments on behalf of Infinedi.

Prior to joining Infinedi, Mr. Arora was a Senior Vice President in the private equity vertical at H.I.G. Capital, a leading global alternative investment firm. While at H.I.G. he played various leadership roles and was responsible for identifying, structuring, executing and financing investment opportunities, and for implementing post-close operational growth and value development initiatives. He focused particularly on the consumer and business services verticals, with his portfolio companies including Ascension Property Services, Core Linen Services and Riveron.
Prior to H.I.G. Capital, Mr. Arora held leadership roles at Insignia and Novalpina Capital. Mr. Arora started his career at Evercore, where he played a critical role on various private equity advisory transactions.
Mr. Arora has a Master of Arts (Oxon) in Economics and Management (Scholar) from the University of Oxford.
