Experienced Industrials Executive Succeeds Retiring CEO, Chris Yankowich

HIALEAH, Fla. --(BUSINESS WIRE)

The RiteScreen Company (“RiteScreen” or “the Company”), the largest independent manufacturer of window and patio door screens in North America, today announced that CEO Chris Yankowich is retiring and the Board of Directors has appointed David H. Campos to succeed him.

“The Board and I are pleased to welcome David to RiteScreen as our new CEO,” said Tom Burchill, member of the RiteScreen Board of Directors. “He brings decades of strong experience in the industrial sector, a track record of value creation through customer-centric strategies, and a reputation for inspiring high-performance teams and cultures. We are confident he will lead RiteScreen successfully across all of the company’s growth initiatives.”

Prior to joining RiteScreen, Campos was President and CEO of Broan NuTone, a market leader in residential ventilation products, where he delivered outstanding results, overcoming adverse market conditions. Before that, he was President, Americas of the Specialty Construction Chemicals division of GCP Applied Technologies where he led a turnaround of the business.

Previous leadership roles included President of Canada at Serta Simmons, and Vice President of Kimberly-Clark Professional for Latin America. Earlier in his career, David spent seven years with McKinsey & Company. He earned master’s degrees in Management and Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he was awarded Fulbright and Leaders for Manufacturing fellowships.

“I am very excited and honored to take on the leadership role at a pivotal time in RiteScreen’s evolution,” said Campos. “I look forward to working with the Board and the rest of the management team to drive RiteScreen’s next phase of growth through innovation and world-class service.”

Outgoing CEO Yankowich will continue to be involved with RiteScreen as an advisor to Campos and an observer on the Board of Directors, helping ensure a seamless transition.

“It has been an incredible privilege to serve as RiteScreen’s CEO through such a transformative period. I thank the Board for their partnership and confidence and our employees whose commitment drove our growth during my tenure,” said Yankowich. “With the success that the Company has achieved over the past few years, it is a good time to pass the baton to David who brings the skills and experience to continue to drive our upward trajectory.”

“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Chris Yankowich for his leadership and commitment to RiteScreen’s growth over the past four years,” added Mark Kammert, member of the RiteScreen Board of Directors. “Under his leadership, we made tremendous strides including the successful acquisition of FlexScreen, the recruitment of our executive team, and the acceleration of our digital and e-commerce initiatives. His work leaves us poised for new success under David’s leadership.”
