PRIVACY ALERT: Mainline Health Under Investigation for Data Breach of Over 101,000 Patient Records

SAN FRANCISCO, July 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe LLP is investigating a data breach impacting the sensitive personal and health information of 101,104 patients of Mainline Health, an Arkansas-based healthcare provider.
Mainline Health experienced a ransomware attack on April 10, 2025, but did not discover until May 21, 2025, that the following personal and health information may have been stolen in the breach: names; social security numbers; health insurance information; driver's license numbers; financial account numbers and access information; payment card numbers and access information; medical record numbers; dates of birth; and medical information, including diagnosis information, procedure information, physician name and location, Medicare/Medicaid information, and prescription information.
Although the breach occurred over two months ago, Mainline Health only began notifying impacted patients on or around June 20, 2025, which may have violated state and federal laws.
